Turning pages~ Changing lives

The Open Book Project is a non profit organization with a literacy based initiative that was created as an effort to continue the important work of the Pickens County Literacy Association (PCLA).  A love of reading and a love of giving make up the core of The Open Book Project. Reading is fundamental to the success of everyone individually and collectively for our society. Bringing this effort to fruition and knowing that we will be helping individuals, groups, and organizations across the upstate promote and fund their literacy efforts is exciting and rewarding. We look forward to many years of ongoing outreach in our Upstate communities.
